My bros. at the vitamin shop always take care of me and I will always take care of them. I had a big tournement in Dallas a few weeks ago and I really let some dudes have it. This is the first time I have ever gotten envolved in Ultimate Fighting but everyone was telling me how awesome I am and that I should try it. Anyway I take about 6 capsules of my omega 3 supplements every day, and my god, if you are not taking them you really should be. Fish oil really helped me stay in the lead and kick peoples asses a few weeks ago in Dallas. I finished runner up btw, some dude from Chicago pinned me and they say I tapped out but whatever.
